Enjoy a date night or girls’ night out at Ramen Lab Eatery in Delray Beach (25 NE 2nd Ave, Suite #114). You’ll learn the art of dumpling making by wrapping and cooking your own with a family that does it daily while sipping on a Saketini. Then, sip your way through various tasting notes of a sake flight while enjoying your tasty creations.

The class experience will be guided by a professional chef, who will be teaching the finesse and skills to craft your own delicious handmade creations. Of course, the best part comes at the end. Eat to your hearts content or take your creations home to enjoy. This small and intimate hands-on group setting is taking place on Wednesday, June 29, July 27, and August 31 from 6:30-8 p.m. for $49 pp.

ON THE DAY

This hands-on dumpling making experience lasts for 1 to 1.5 hours

Complimentary drink (Japanese Saketinis)

Demonstration and dumpling-making and learn how to fold your favorite dumplings

Steam/pan sear your dumplings

Sit and eat together at the end with flights of japanese sake

 

MENU AND INGREDIENTS

Seasoning and Sauce – Soy Sauce, Sushi vinegar, Hoisin, Sesame Oil, Egg, White Pepper, Rice Wine

Vegetables – Cabbage, Ginger, Chives OR Scallion

Meats – Chicken

Plus dumpling skins – made from flour
